The Formula

The Pizza Algorithm: $\text{Pizzas} = \frac{\text{Guests} \times \text{Avg Slices}}{\text{Slices per Pizza}}$

• Child: 2 slices.
• Adult: 3 slices.
• Teenager: 4 slices (infinite void).
• Standard Large Pizza: 8 slices.

Unlike math class, here's what that means

• 10 Adults: $10 \times 3 = 30$ slices.
• Pizzas Needed: $30 / 8 = 3.75$.
• Order: 4 Pizzas. (Always round up).

Example Calculation

Party: Super Bowl. Guests: 5 Hungry Dudes, 5 Casual Eaters.

• Hungry: $5 \times 4 = 20$.
• Casual: $5 \times 2 = 10$.
• Total: 30 Slices.
• Result: Order 4 Large Pizzas. Ideally 2 Pepperoni, 1 Cheese, 1 Supreme.
